Is my site eligible to become a Catholic Music Network Affiliate?

Catholic Music Network wants to work with all sites, from large commercial sites to individual web pages, and everything in between. Anyone may submit an application. We review each potential affiliate web site before accepting it into the program. We do reserve the right to refuse any site. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate an affiliated site from the Catholic Music Network Affiliates program at any time for any reason.

Yes! What better way to sell more copies of your music and promote other Catholic Music and Artists than by linking your site directly to the Catholic Music Network site? If you are an artist or label web site, you can link directly to your titles. We provide all the code and graphics needed to sell your products to your web site visitors using our ordering and fulfillment systems. 

It's easy. When you are approved as an Affiliate we will provide you with an Affiliate ID and a URL where you can access our Affiliate Support Area There you will find information about your account and links to our Affiliate Code Generator. You can select from among an assortment of graphics to use to create general links and the appropriate code to make them work.  You will also be able to type in the item code of specific CD titles.  The Code Generator will produce the appropriate HTML code to copy and paste in to your pages.  

You set up as many links as you would like to Catholic Music Network, in the way that works best for your site. You are responsible for using the Code Generator to create links and for placing the links on your site. Then you sit back and we do the rest!

Catholic Music Network will provide you with the tools and support you need to be an Affiliate. We handle orders, billing customers, paying your commissions, and managing customer service.  You can also contact us for further help at affiliates@catholicmusicnetwork.com . 

Yes. Customers want to know they are buying from a company they can trust.  You will find an assortment of logos and images in our Affiliate Support area

Yes. You may change and update the links on your site at any time.

All links from your site to Catholic Music Network contain your unique Affiliate ID so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. As an added bonus, we will track visitors (using a cookie) who come to us from your site. You will receive credit for any CDs, tapes or DVDs they purchase within 30 days of their initial visit. Make sure that all links on your site are created using the Affiliate Code Generator so that they are tracked correctly.

Commissions are based on the total number of items (CDs, Tapes or DVDs) sold.  We will pay you one dollar ($1) for each item sold. 

For example: If an order consists of 3 CDs and 2 Tapes (total 5 items) your Commission would be five dollars 
(5 items x $1 = $5).

We pay commissions monthly. If your commission for any month is less than $25, the total amount of the commission will be carried over to the next month. Once the commission total passes $25, a check will be sent to you at the end of the month for the complete amount owed to you up until the end of that month.

We offer real-time online reports in our Affiliate Support Area. These reports indicate how many users clicked through on links to Catholic Music Network from your site, how many became customers by making a purchase, how many items were purchased and  how much your site has earned in commissions.
